Patty Cakes/Cup Cakes


Ingredients:
  • 230g Lion Self Raising Flour
  • 115g butter
  • 115g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teasponn salt
  • Coloured icing, sprinkles or 100's and 1000's to decorate
Method:
  1. Cream butter and sugar, gradually add beaten eggs and flavouring.
  2. Fold in sifted flour and salt.
  3. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Place mixture in paper patty pans and bake in a moderate oven (180c or 160c fan forced) for 12-15 minutes.
  5. When cool, decorate with coloured icing and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or coloured sprinkles.
