Patty Cakes/Cup Cakes
Ingredients:
- 230g Lion Self Raising Flour
- 115g butter
- 115g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 teasponn salt
- Coloured icing, sprinkles or 100's and 1000's to decorate
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar, gradually add beaten eggs and flavouring.
- Fold in sifted flour and salt.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Place mixture in paper patty pans and bake in a moderate oven (180c or 160c fan forced) for 12-15 minutes.
- When cool, decorate with coloured icing and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or coloured sprinkles.
