Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 450g Lion Self Raising Flour
- 2 eggs
- 600ml Milk
- Pinch salt
Method:
- Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Add milk and beaten eggs and mix until any lumps are removed.
- Add a teaspoonful of batter into a greased hot pan.
- When bubbles appear on the top, flip pancakes and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh fruit or cream.
