Pancakes


Ingredients:
  • 450g Lion Self Raising Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 600ml Milk
  • Pinch salt
Method:
  1. Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Add milk and beaten eggs and mix until any lumps are removed.
  2. Add a teaspoonful of batter into a greased hot pan.
  3. When bubbles appear on the top, flip pancakes and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh fruit or cream.
