Orange Tea Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- Rind and juice of 1 large orange
- 1 cup Lion Self Raising flour, sifted
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add the egg and beat again.
- Add the rind and juice of the orange.
- Stir in the sifted self raising flour.
- Pour into a greased 20cm baking tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
