Oat Fruit Squares


Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Anchor Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Anchor desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup Lighthouse Self Raising flour
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 3/4 cup sultanas
  • 185g butter, melted with 1 tablespoon of hot water
Method:
  1. Mix together dry ingredients and fruit. Add butter and mix well.
  2. Press into a greased 18cm x 28cm rectangular tin.
  3. Bake at 180c or 160c fan forced approximately 25 minutes.
  4. Cool tin and the cut into squares.
