Oat Fruit Squares
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Anchor Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Anchor desiccated coconut
- 3/4 cup Lighthouse Self Raising flour
- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 185g butter, melted with 1 tablespoon of hot water
Method:
- Mix together dry ingredients and fruit. Add butter and mix well.
- Press into a greased 18cm x 28cm rectangular tin.
- Bake at 180c or 160c fan forced approximately 25 minutes.
- Cool tin and the cut into squares.
