Chocolate Moments


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Lighthouse Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup Anchor Lion Vanilla Flavoured Custard Powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125g butter
  • CHOCOLATE ICING:
  • 80g butter
  • 110g icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Method:
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg.
  2. Add sifted flour, custard powder and cocoa powder. Mix well. Roll into small balls and press onto a greased tray with a fork.
  3. Bake in an oven at 180c (160c fan forced) for 12-15 minutes.
  4. To make icing, simply cream all icing ingredients together.
  5. To make biscuits, join biscuits together by spreading with chocolate icing.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar
