Chocolate Moments
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lighthouse Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup Anchor Lion Vanilla Flavoured Custard Powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 125g butter
- CHOCOLATE ICING:
- 80g butter
- 110g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg.
- Add sifted flour, custard powder and cocoa powder. Mix well. Roll into small balls and press onto a greased tray with a fork.
- Bake in an oven at 180c (160c fan forced) for 12-15 minutes.
- To make icing, simply cream all icing ingredients together.
- To make biscuits, join biscuits together by spreading with chocolate icing.
- Serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar
