Breakfast Semolina


Ingredients:
  • 1 litre (4 cups) milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • About 130g (2/3 cup) Anchor Semolina
  • Raspberry jam to serve
Method:
  1. In a saucepan, bring to boil the milk, salt and semolina, stirring so it doesn't form lumps.
  2. Simmer, stirring occansionally, for a about 10 minutes or until a nice thick consistency.
  3. Serve with a spoonful of raspberry into the centre.
