Breakfast Semolina
Ingredients:
- 1 litre (4 cups) milk
- Pinch of salt
- About 130g (2/3 cup) Anchor Semolina
- Raspberry jam to serve
Method:
- In a saucepan, bring to boil the milk, salt and semolina, stirring so it doesn't form lumps.
- Simmer, stirring occansionally, for a about 10 minutes or until a nice thick consistency.
- Serve with a spoonful of raspberry into the centre.
