University Development Program

Anchor understands that in order to develop tomorrow’s leaders and business professionals it must invest in the emerging talent today. Anchor is a proud supporter of various university work experiences programs across all disciplines of the business.

In particular Anchor has a proud history of supporting the Food Science and Technology curriculum program at Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. We provide valuable work experience opportunities to students nearing completion of their degree and who have an interest in pursuing a career working in the food industry. The experience provides the students with:
  • a connection between their chosen course and how their studies relate to their career;
  • the experience of working in a relevant industry / business;
  • the opportunity to apply the skills learnt in their studies to real life; and
  • a chance to appreciate the value of team work in a work environment.
